By accessing and using CampusDash (a product of 301A TECH LTD), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CampusDash provides a platform connecting students with campus food vendors and delivery services. Our services include:

  • Food ordering and delivery coordination
  • Real-time order tracking
  • Secure payment processing
  • Vendor and runner management systems

3. User Eligibility

To use CampusDash, you must:

  • Be a registered student at a partnered university
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Orders and Payments

For Customers:

  • All orders are subject to vendor acceptance
  • Prices include applicable delivery fees
  • Payment must be completed before order processing
  • Cancellations after vendor acceptance may incur fees
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

5. Wallet System

CampusDash wallet rules:

  • Wallet funds are non-transferable
  • Minimum wallet load: ₦500
  • Refunds are processed to wallet within 24-48 hours
  • Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn subject to verification

6. Vendor Terms

Vendors agree to:

  • Maintain valid business licenses and permits
  • Prepare orders within specified timeframes
  • Maintain food safety standards
  • Pay 15% commission on completed orders
  • Provide accurate menu information and pricing
  • Accept responsibility for food quality and preparation

7. Runner Terms

Runners agree to:

  • Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle food orders with care
  • Maintain student status at partnered universities
  • Follow all campus rules and regulations
  • Accept responsibility for order handling during delivery

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
  • Harass or abuse other users, vendors, or runners
  • Reverse engineer or compromise platform security
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions

9. Refunds and Disputes

Refund policy:

  • Refunds issued for cancelled orders before vendor acceptance
  • Quality issues must be reported within 15 minutes of delivery
  • Missing items will be refunded or replaced
  • Disputes will be investigated fairly within 48 hours
  • CampusDash reserves final decision on dispute resolutions

10. Limitation of Liability

CampusDash is a platform service connecting vendors, runners, and customers. We are not responsible for food quality, preparation, or any food-related health issues. Vendors are solely responsible for food safety and quality.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on CampusDash belong to CampusDash or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without permission.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of other users or platform
  • Non-payment or chargebacks

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
